The choice

Your child can play the regular five-question Kids Learning quiz without this form. Scores stay in the open page. You can separately choose the shared Penguin Parade board, private Family Trivia rooms, or both. We need your signed permission for each selected activity before a score is saved. Family Trivia now allows larger mixed-age groups, so a form that approved only the earlier four-person game does not approve this version.

What we collect and show

For approved activities, we keep your email address, a private reference to your signed form, the date and choices we approved, a protected code, a made-up nickname chosen by our server, and short-lived quiz rounds. The public Penguin Parade board shows only a made-up nickname and best monthly score out of five. A private Family Trivia room can have 2 to 50 people in any mix of kids and adults. Anyone holding that room link can see each player’s made-up room nickname, Kid or Adult seat, chosen category, and score out of five. Rooms have no public listing, chat, messages, photos, or free-text names. Neither activity shows your email, form, a child name, school, location, or contact details. We use the information to run the selected games, verify permission, answer your requests, and protect them from abuse.

Who handles it and for how long

The Last Word operates the games. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare host and protect them and may process ordinary connection details, including IP address and security logs. We do not put ad trackers on Kids Learning. A code expires after one year unless you renew permission. Board quiz rounds and Family Trivia rooms expire after one day and are deleted during cleanup. Old monthly board scores are removed after roughly two months. We keep the signed form in support mail and the private approval record while permission remains active or as needed for a privacy request. Ask us to revoke and delete them at any time.

Your choices and rights

Email support@thelastword.lol to see the information connected to your approval, revoke permission, delete it, or ask a question. We will verify that the request comes from the approving parent before sharing or deleting private details. Revoking removes board scores, ends any Family Trivia room containing that approval, and stops the code. We do not sell this information. There are no prizes or paid entry. Only share a Family Trivia link with people you know.

Print this section or copy it into a document, check the activities you allow, sign it, then email a scan or photo from your own email account to support@thelastword.lol. Please do not include your child’s name, birth date, photo, or ID. We will review it manually and send the private code to you.
