FOR KIDS AND GROWN-UPS
Play. Learn. Start fresh.
Effective September 30, 2026The short version
Kids Learning has a regular solo quiz for ages 8–12. You do not need an account, a name, or an email address. Your answers and score stay in the open page and disappear when you refresh or close it. The shared board and Family Trivia rooms are optional; each requires a signed parent form first.
Regular quiz and optional games
The regular quiz loads a checked question bank and runs in your browser. It does not send answers or score to our game database. It does not use browser storage or game cookies to remember you. The Penguin Parade board saves an approved player’s best score each month and publicly shows only a made-up nickname and score. Family Trivia rooms let 2 to 50 kids and adults play in any mix from one private link with their own question categories. Link holders see made-up room nicknames, Kid/Adult seats, categories, and scores. A parent must sign for each activity and receive a private code. Earlier four-person and 20-player forms do not approve the 50-person room. Both games store short-lived server quiz rounds to validate scores. There is no chat, child-authored profile, purchase, advertisement, or social sign-in.
Parent control and retention
Our direct parent notice and form explains exactly what we collect, display, and retain. The parent email and signed-form review record are private. Codes expire after one year; board quiz rounds and Family Trivia rooms after one day; old monthly scores after roughly two months. A parent can contact us to inspect, revoke, or delete the approval. Revocation removes scores, ends any related family room, and stops the code.
Loading the website
Our hosting providers, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, process ordinary connection information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Cloudflare may set a security cookie to distinguish normal visitors from automated traffic. This is separate from the game, which does not save your answers or score. We do not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts to the Kids game. Technical information handled by the hosting providers follows their retention and security practices; we do not promise that visiting a website creates no network records.
Questions for a grown-up
A parent or guardian can contact The Last Word at support@thelastword.lol about privacy, access, or deletion requests. Please send the question yourself and avoid including a child’s name, birthday, location, photo, or other personal details unless needed to handle the request. We use support messages to answer the request.
If the game changes
We will update this notice and ask for new consent if Kids Learning materially changes how it handles information. Any future accounts, saved progress, or messages need their own privacy arrangements before they open.
